I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast was good, the staff were helpful and courteous, and the overall cleanliness was above average. The room was fine. I received the standard and comfort I paid for. While I’m not comparing it to luxury hotels in Chennai, everything was well managed and satisfactory. I believe the hotel manager deserves appreciation.

I loved the hospitality. The staff at reception, dining and housekeeping were all so kind and humble. Something can be done about the breakfast buffet though. Only the dessert seemed to change every day. Other than that, I’d definitely stay here again!

Front desk has no clue about phone manners. Front desk juggles with multiple customers at once and at the end messing with everyone. Front desk staff has no knowledge. Mosquito inside the room. Iron box is burnt. Floors are ripped off.

It was amazing. The area was where I grew up and to be able to walk around and enjoy it after several decades was awesome! Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It is going to be my choice of place to stay from now onwards!
