It was a comfortable, clean, friendly experience. I do wish the morning breakfast offerings were better...not much healthy food to eat. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Cleanliness at Comfort Inn, Sylva, NC Dear Expedia Customer Support, I am writing to bring to your attention a serious cleanliness issue I encountered during my recent stay at the Comfort Inn in Sylva, NC. Among the stack of towels provided in my room, I discovered a wet and dirty towel disguised between what appeared to be clean ones. This raised concerns about the hotel’s housekeeping standards and overall hygiene practices. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable, especially given the expectations set by the Comfort Inn brand. I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter with the hotel and providing a resolution, such as a partial refund or other appropriate compensation. We booked a month in advance. We were put in a handicapped room (unnecessarily because we are not handicapped nor requested this room). Bathroom door did not close, service dog in the room next to us cried for over an hour, we couldn’t shower because the shower smelt of urine.
