They had a nice complimentary breakfast. The property was clean and close to shopping, restaurants and on 10 minutes to the ski area. They have an indoor pool with a hot tub. It could use some cleaning and maybe some more lighting. They public bathroom was broken the entire weekend that we stayed but our room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Great bed and bedding! TV had lots of options. Front desk staff was very friendly. I was able to get a 12:00 late checkout. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to snow ski.

My card was swiped for incidentals at the front desk as always, however upon arrive back to the hotel at night, I took a bottle of water and a snack from the lobby inventory and was told that it was cash only. I don't carry cash and I have already given my card for incidentals, was told I could not have a bottle of water or the snack unless I paid cash. REDICULOUS!!

Owes me over $100 from my stay because the check-in lady took my cash payment and charged my card. She said to ask for refund the next morning and the new worker said their systems were down. Tried contacting for my refund since then and have yet to receive it and it has been since September 2024! Several broken tiles in the pool area and around the hot tub. Leaking ceiling in the pool room.

It was convenient and affordable location close to Harrah's. You could walk to several restaurants and shops. Would have liked to use the hot tub but the entire pool area was like a clorox steam room it really overpowered the nostrils and didn't look that clean. Elevator was broken so carrying a heavy suitcase up the stairs was a struggle.

So first off I’d like to say this is my first time staying here in Maggie valley. This hotel was really nice in my opinion. I have two boys (5 and 2) and I had to bring my pack and play for my 2 year old. The room was HUGE which was great so they could have room to run around and play. The lady staff at the front desk was super sweet and helpful. (She had the braids/dreads) and breakfast was pretty decent. They had a waffle maker, fruits, breads( bagels, muffins, white bread), juice, milk and cereal, sausage links and scrambled eggs and egg omelettes with peppers cooked inside them. And they also have an indoor pool and hot tub ( I didn’t know about til I got there). The parking lot was spacious. And at the front they also had some snack food for sale (candy, chips, soda etc) which made it convenient so we wouldn’t have to leave the hotel for a snack. I def recommend this hotel and I’ll more than likely be back next year 💙
