A split level with the upper level having 3 bedrooms and a great room with a full kitchen and a view of the water. Outside of the kitchen is a large deck.
The lower level has 2 bedrooms and a large den with a view of the water and a large walk-out patio.
Guest access
Overlooking the C&D Canal and beautiful Chesapeake City, Maryland, the entire house and large yard are private with plenty of parking. It features a full kitchen, 2 family rooms, & 2 full baths & 1/2 bath with 5 bedrooms on two floors. Sleeps up to 12 people; won't run out of hot water with the new on-demand hot water heater; 6 TVs with Wi-Fi access to use your own personal streaming services. (may need your personal login credentials)
