When I arrived to check in, I was told the site was closing this Sunday. The reasons, I was told, is the upkeep and renovations would cost more that the parent company is willing to spend. The lobby was very nice; the business center looked like it had been a pleasant room, but all had been disconnected.
What a shame this is closing; it's centrally located to surrounding areas like Naval base, Norfolk, and VA Beach. There are enough malls in the area to meet the supply needs of your guests. A relative is stationed there for a few more years, and I would have been glad to stay at your location again if your circumstances were different...
