"This property was perfect for our needs. It is within a short driving distance to all of the sights in the area. Kelly was very easy to communicate with us and he helped us cook up our own lobster dinner. It is a peaceful place that is right on the ocean. I would definitely recommend his place for anyone staying in the area as a home base for all the activities in the area or just to relax. Our only regret was we didn’t stay longer. "

"Great house. Some of the furniture needs changing like the dining room chairs that are very wobbly.3 bedrooms in basement are only doubles so like my son and his wife that are bigger people they had to sleep separately. All in all there was a great view and it was worth the prixe."

"This property is definitely a 10 plus property and Neil and Karen are the sweetest people. They check in with us on our day of arrival and when we were not going to arrive until after 10:30 pm. She left the lights on for us and texted us Along the way to be sure we were okay. The house is beautiful and we wish we could have stayed longer and used the kayaks that they had. We loved the hot tub. Highly recommend this property"

This is the location of Pam and Dave's comfortable and stylish home, where French doors lead from the kitchen to a private deck enclosed by shrubs and trees.
