Great location overlooking river Dee and racecourse. Amazing views from restaurant! Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. Rooms clean, tidy and functional. We found bed very soft but that is our personal feeling. Easy underground parking at reasonable cost. Short walk to city centre. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in this hotel before and enjoyed our stay again.The only issues i have relate to the car park charge and the fact you are not allowed to stay there after checkout is complete even though a fee has been paid.My other issue i have is not about the staff who serve breakfast who were polite and hard working but concerned the long wait for breakfast to arrive .maybe more staff to assist with guests whilst waiting for breakfast may be a suggestion.Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

Check in was good staff friendly,fire alarm was going off when we arrived so had to walk up.to the 3rd floor at our age wasnt good but out of the control of the staff,could here other guests running up and down the corridor, so room aren't as sound proof as could be,the sports bar cashed up the till at 10:45 so no cash or card purchases think thats a bit early especially on a Saturday night,had breakfast on the 5th floor brasserie was ok it was included in our stay,but if i had to pay i wouldn't be happy for £12 for an english breakfast with no toast and half cooked bacon very expensive.
