Accommodating 2 guests, our property features: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with overhead shower and an open plan kitchen/dining/living space.

Stylish Living Space:

To the left of the entry hallway you will step into a chic open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area adorned with modern furnishings. A large Smart TV awaits for your entertainment needs. Terrace: Unwind on the open terrace off the living room. A bistro set provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining during warmer days.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or just seeking convenience, our kitchen has everything you need, including ample wine and prosecco glasses.
At the end of the hallway is a comfortable Bedroom: One beautifully appointed double bedroom with additional benefit of a workspace with office chair. The bedrooms boast a plush double bed, contemporary wardrobe, and elegant finishes. Fresh professionally laundered linens and towels are provided.

To the right of the hallway, a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.

Entry to the property is Via Lock Box and guests will have access to the whole property.

I can't be around myself, so I have a husband and wife team, Tom and Rachael who manage things locally.

The house is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.

We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.

Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.

Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.
