As an entirely newly refurbished 3 Bedroom House (completed in Jan 2023) , you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

The New kitchen has , a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and a microwave. Complimentary Tea, Coffee and Milk are also provided.

Fridge Freezer is in the Lounge area.

The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a smart television and high speed internet access throughout.


This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.

In the first spacious Master bedroom, you will find a double bed, side tables with lamp, work desk and a clothes hanging and storage rack.

The second and third bedroom also contains a double bed, side tables with lamp, and a clothes hanging and storage rack.

There is one newly refurbished bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a Bath Tub with Shower.

Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer, an iron (with an iron board) and clothes drying rack are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- A washing machine is included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.

Please note that there is a minimum age requirement of 25 years for each Guest checking in at this apartment, unless if you are working under a Contract locally or checking in as a family with young children.

Photo and address ID'S (Contract details if applicable) will be required before check-in and on arrival for each individual staying with us.

The preauthorization of £250 on your card for any Extras or Damages to the apartment or its furnishings will be taken up to 7 days before check in date.
