Outdoor adventurers will appreciate the proximity to hiking and white water rafting. Sip morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs on the large deck while you enjoy the peaceful sounds of the river. Prepare lunch recipes on the gas grill or enjoy taking a dip in the river. In the evenings roast marshmallows around the firepit or luxuriate in the brand new hot tub.

Take in lovely water views from the comfort of the large sofa in the main living room. A spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, while the dining table is the perfect setting for sharing family-style meals and swapping stories. Grab a favorite read and kick back in the sunroom. Use the futon for extra sleeping space. Additional highlights include a home office equipped with a computer monitor and a printer, as well as free WiFi that you can use for remote or distance learning or for sharing special moments with your loved ones back home.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
