"We arrived after 1400, reception staff Mon existent. A cleaner helped us inside via the restaurant, still no reception staff! 10 mins later a member of staff arrived. Room not ready, no chance to eat in restaurant as full that evening. Other hotel restaurant in vicinity also full. Advised to go into Clusaz and try our look there! Balcony had 'view' of blank 2 storey wall, not hills or lake as detailed. Hotel is undergoing extension building works to finish in June 19."

Lovely laid out breakfast with plenty of selection for everyone. Decent coffee and juice machine. Fantastic location as this hotel is located only a two minute walk, in ski boots as well, between the two main ski lifts, Plenny lift and Super Morzine lift. "Weather was perfect, the location is amazing. You do not need a car as the train station is next fo the hotel and the village has superb transport to get around to the mountains and restaurants.
