"We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time... The hotel is very sensely located and a 5 minute taxi ride away from the port. FYI taxi to the hotel is 20 euros. Hotel is beautiful and has a classy old timey feel with modern updates. Reception was fantastic and so helpful... They arranged a scooter for us for 35 Euros for 24 hours, suggested restaurants, booked the spa for me via phone... Welcome bottle of prosecco and sweets was very kind. The hotel restaurant attached was good too, would recommend eating there. Shoutout to Roberto, who was an extremely helpful staff member there. The only let down was that the beds provided were not the most comfortable. They were two single beds pushed together rather than a double, or the sort. "

"Wow, what a place! Spectacular views, many great pools (hot and cold), thermal baths, sauna, spa (reasonably priced), helpful and gracious staff, ultra-clean, nice room if not terribly large. Food in the main restaurant was good but not superb and selection was a bit limited with dishes not especially imaginative, yet even this quibble is not enough to reduce my 5-star rating.
