"This was my first trip to Thailand and the Kiree Thara Boutique Resort was the perfect place to land. It is situated in peaceful surroundings, the gardens are calming and beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, the staff were generous and hospitable. "I received a confirmation with check-in listed 2pm until noon. When I arrived there was no staff. I contacted the owner who refused me service despite the fact that I had already paid for the room. Left this foreign traveler out at 1am in a strange city after I had taken the time to book and confirm my reservation. He claimed he will return my money but I cannot believe that given unwillingness to deliver the service I paid for. "
