Wonderful staff and beautiful rooms. This hotel is close to old Chiang Mai so it is easy to visit the markets and the old city. The breakfast is excellent. If you are able to, book your room with the free breakfast, otherwise it costs about 800Baht for the two of us. The air conditioner in the room was very quiet and worked well.

A hidden Gem in Chiang Mai
A hidden gem in Chiang Mai and I have lived here a long time. Lanna style hotel bringing back times of yore. Wonder greeting at reception, room was beautiful, free mini bar, bed was ultra comfortable.

A beautiful hotel with kind & friendly staff
What a beautiful hotel! The staff was so kind & friendly. My husband & I bought eSIM cards that didn’t work so we didn’t have cell phone service. Umi & Nina were wonderful & called for most of our taxis (aside from the ones when we were already out). On one of the tours we booked we had a miscommunication about the pickup area & Nina helped call our guide & translate-she saved the day! It was a warm, inviting, intimate stay & we are so thankful! Highly recommend.

I have been planning my trip to Thailand for years, and this beautiful property fit the bill. As an American, I had no idea how amazing place this would be, but I had hope. The traditional architecture was lovely, but not as lovely as the people who work here. All of their hearts are golden. They truly wanted us to have the best experience.
