"We enjoyed our time in this cozy top floor apartment. It has a nice view of the sea, the church and the fort from a rooftop terrace. Convenient location, close to beach and shops. Small lift in building for 4 floors then two sets of stairs to the apartment. The last staircase is a bit steep and narrow. Bathroom is a tight fit, but has a full shower and nice hot water. Alberto and Nicoletta were very nice hosts with good response to communications and questions!"

"It is situated in a historical building however very nicely decorated. The area has many many options. We came to Genoa by train and the location is 11-15 minutes walking distance. "Roberto and Marina's apartment is perfectly located in the central part of Levanto, within walking distance of restaurants, beaches, train station and ferry boats to Cinque Terre. The place is very very comfortable, clean and fully equipped. They were extremely helpful with local information and tips on things to do. The town is a true hidden jewel on the ligurian coast. "We had an amazing time during our 3 Day stay. The House is on Top of a Hill, and has an amazing view, the surrounding is quiet and the apartment very nice and clean. Paolo and Iulia are very friendly and there for everything you need. They also have two friendly Dogs and a Goat on their property, with whom we had a great Time. I totally recommend this place if you like to relax and enjoy the silence."

"The property is in a noisy spot on weekends. They only give one roll if toilet paper despite being there for 4 days, no face cloths with towels, had to request hand soap. Could not close the shower door as it opens ‘in’ instead of out. A bit frustrating for spraying the bathroom when showering. Tile floors not good if a glass drops, had to ask for a broom and pan to clean up… Location is good for being a tourist at the waterfront although taxi could not find it… it is a remodeled apartment...
