入住9棟3樓，由於1樓是餐廳，晚上到深夜（23點）以及早上，都有桌椅拖行的聲音，這聲音在透天的建築會發生嚴重的共鳴，並讓人覺得是樓上發出的。 早上與晚餐的拖行聲是用餐客人發出的，而晚餐後到深夜則是餐廳工作人員整理所造成，整理時的桌椅拖行聲非常令人厭惡及反感，煩請教育員工桌椅請離地搬移，並且黏貼軟墊在桌椅角上隔音，非常差勁的入住品直撥。
