"Very easy access from the train, close to shopping and a free shuttle to Disney Land and Disney Sea. Nice welcome lounge from 2:pm to 11:pm with snacks, candy, beer and sparkling wine, all included. "

"Close to Disney abd super convenient. They offer free shuttle busses to both Tokyo Disney and DisneySea and back. Staff were extrememly polite abd helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean."

"We stayed in the updated family suite with tatami beds. It had a peaceful feel and ambiance. We slept well on the mats. The customer service was excellent. They took care of us immediately when we stepped out of the elevator, sending our luggage onto the airport shuttle and informing us of the correct terminal for our airline. The airport shuttle bus was a wonderful service that was provided at no additional cost. The 24 hour store on site was very convenient to pick up everything we needed during the night and before leaving each day."

"Very convenient if arriving or departing Narita airport. Can walk to the terminals if you need to. Theyxdo have a shuttle bus as well. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again if needed. "
