Downstairs, you'll find a third bedroom, a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated floors, a family room with a sleeper sofa, fridge, sink, and makeup vanity, plus direct access to the beautiful garden. This layout is perfect for those who want extra privacy, with the option to have one bedroom and living area downstairs and another bedroom and living area upstairs.
