We made a reservation for 5 people. But they only had 3 towels, we called the front desk for 2 more. The towel never came and we had to call several times because front desk would not answer. They gave us the towel after 2 hours later and we spoke to them 5 times. Every time we called they keep saying they are coming but ultimately didn’t do anything.

I downloaded the app for Hilton and checked in that morning at 6am they said the room I selected was ready at 10 AM. When we arrive to the hotel, they said the room wasn’t ready that I selected on the 11th floor so they moved us to the ninth floor. The toilet in the room was not working. We called multiple times they came up and tried to fix it multiple times. I had to go back downstairs and wait in line for them to move us to get another room that room had no remotes for the TVs. It was smaller with a terrible view.

The staff was very polite, hard working and promptly answered any request. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff there was very efficient and always had a morning smile for everyone! A great stay for a family. This was our 4th time to stay at the property and will again.
