The room was very comfortable; the layout was nice. elevators were very fast. The breakfast was very good with the amount and selection of food. Happy hour was very nice with the drinks, but the food choice was rather poor. The bathroom needs to be updated as there was no fan, the tub looked old, the mirror's edges were worn. There was too much noise filtering from the abutting room, as well as through the vents.

First time in chicago and decided to stay at the embassy suites MAG MILE the staff were accomodating to all of our requests and questions we had. Free breakfast was great and the nightly reservation was a nice plus. My only complaint about this property it looks a little outdated and certain things need tlc otherwise great hotel would recommend and stay here again .

Good Place for staying in the city. Breakfast is good, but overhyped as mentioned in the most of the reviews. Water bottles are chargeable. Some basic travel items are missing ( like toooth paste, brush , soap and shower caps). Overall it is a good place. They can still improve cleanliness amd provide few basic traveller needs.

This review is for Expedia NOT embassy. Do not go through Expedia for any service. Go directly to embassy and they will price match. Expedia got my date of stay wrong and refused to refund me just 10 minutes after the reservation was paid for. I called customer service and they rudely refused to refund me and then hung up on me after leaving me on hold!. If I could give them -10 stars I would. Big scam and I still had to pay for a room for the correct date. (Through embassy) travelers beware when dealing with them!

There was dust on the counters. The bed was to hard. I tried call for extra blankets and no one answered the phone. Makayla at the front desk was amazing though

The staff is very friendly and there’s a nice lobby area that offers complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks and snacks. Unfortunately our room felt a bit worn and could use some improvements, smelled musty. Bathroom mirror light was coming apart and shower curtain was mildew stained. Also disappointed the beds are doubles, not queens! Difficult now that my kids are grown teens:/ Parking was easy in the building and property is very conveniently located to everything in downtown Chicago. We walked to Michigan Ave, Navy Pier, and the Bean very easily.

Great place in downtown Chicago, close to everything . Attraction is between 15-25 minutes walking distance. You have to pay for the garage a separate daily rate of $57 dollars. The breakfast was okay which was included .
