Definitely a high end property where all of breakfast is moved to a high end restaurant. I appreciated the microwave in the room. Layout of the room was fun and enjoyable. Staff was excellent and friendly. Lobby is warm and inviting and cafe was classy. Do not come for a workout. The "relax" room had a crunch chair and peloton (which worked and I used). I was expecting a standard Hilton brand workout room with weights, treadmills, and pulley system. Should have checked and not assume, but if you like pools, this one is nice.

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is tucked away off Michigan Ave. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The suite was nice and spacious. And the new, attached Chapel Street Cafe was amazing!

Excellent staff, the area was amazing! You LV, Dior, restaurants, you name it. The parking was expensive especially if you valet but it was such an experience. The city view wasn’t the greatest so I would upgrade the view. The staff was so nice! And the manager of the restaurant and bar tender were the nicest people!
