The view from the 20th floor was amazing. I’m a huge fan of the Chicago skyline. Dinner at Weber Grill Restaraunt in the lobby of the hotel was top tier.

Breakfast is not free. There is no continental breakfast because the Hilton doesn’t have its own restaurant. But partners with Weber grill. It’s a good restaurant. We paid for breakfast there anyway. Also parking is not free. We paid $69 for 24hours of parking. We could come and go from the ramp as much as we wanted. We were covered from check in until 3pm the next day. The room was great and really nice for the price. The parking and breakfast is what you pay for. That’s not really mentioned but in the fine print. We still enjoyed our stay and the location, I gave it 5 stars.

Extremely good access to the Red Line — maybe 30 yards from door. Disappointing coffee service, but several coffee shops close by. We appreciated staff’s willingness to let us stash our bags for a few hours after checkout.

The front desk staff were amazing, helpful and kind. Our room was clean and quiet, but EVERYTHING was broken!! First the heat, then the bathtub, then the sink completely broke and we had to turn it on and off manually from the pipes beneath! I am disabled (literally had a HANDICAPPED ROOM) switching rooms was not an option for me. The (completely unhelpful and coldly corporate) supervisor "offering to help me move" does not help me pack my belongings when I have fibromyalgia, making it very difficult! I am not going to have strangers touching my belongings so I can pack up all my stuff and move rooms, when it is their fault the room is in such bad condition! I was told that's the only way I would have gotten compensation but why should I forced to be inconvenienced for being inconvenienced?? They should have compensated me for the multiple inconveniences, period. Shout out to the hardworking engineer who did the best he could in a severely broken down room. The supervisor and all the higher ups were dismissive, rude and not helpful at all. This is a multi-billion dollar company, they could've comped me for ONE $100 night. Wish I could say I would return but it's a gamble with this place for sure.

Checking in was good we got to check in a little early. Rooms were nice, beds comfortable, self service snack and drink open 24/7 was great. They had Tylenol and ibuprofen available as well as other essential needs. We used the gym and it had everything we needed for a quick workout.

Great hotel, but it's almost impossible to contact the front desk. If you want to check in or check out even an hour early/late, it is a $75 each time. Walkable location to everything. But, be aware of the loud city noise. There was an ambulance and cop sirens every few minutes all night/day.
