I stayed at Felix for three nights, having recently moved to the area and was waiting for my belongings, which I had shipped, to arrive. Here are some observations: The elevators are tiny. Maybe three people can fit. Four—no way. Coffee is not available in the rooms; it is only available in the lobby. However, no coffee lids are provided. Everything is loud—the carpet, the doors, the neighbors in adjacent rooms. If you're looking for quiet, this is not it. The decor looks like Goofy designed it. Oh, and they charged me for 3 night stay 3 times. Took over a week for a refund. But hey, the TV allows for streaming services to be cast to it via Chromecast, so that's cool. Just note that everyone within Bluetooth range can also cast to your TV. Have you ever woken up at 2 am because someone in an adjacent room wanted to watch Elon on Joe Rogan? I have. Ask me how. Oh, and no parking. EL OH EL.

Didn't enjoy my stay. Stayed for two nights . HVAC system super loud . Also sounded like people. Moving furniture all night long with the ice machine going off. It made sense why tho because when I went to use the vending machine my soda was hot with no fridge this sucks. Felt itchy from the sheets all night. Went to tell staff on my way out and wasn't able to and felt ignored when I went to tell them my displeasure.

Lots of little problems - clock was set 10 minutes early, tv signal went out frequently, lights only lit up half the room, bathroom towel hanger position meant that wet towels covered the light switch, shower faucet valve was bad (like "someone had to have put conscious effort into making it terrible" levels of bad), bathroom faucet barely had enough room to fit your hand between it and the sink (despite a very nice, large sink bowl), hand soap was positioned over the toilet paper so washing your hands would result in it getting wet, and the walls (or at least the doors) let so much sound through that they might as well not be there. THAT SAID, the rooms were clean, the elevators always arrived promptly, and the service was good. Not worth the money IMO, but not a terrible experience either.
