My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the L7! The view was great and the window seating made for a relaxing spot to sit and read. The bathroom was huge which was a pleasant surprise! I would definitely stay at the L7 again and recommend it to anyone without hesitation!

We LOVED our stay here in Chicago! The location could not be any better. It is right by the Riverwalk and the trains are so close to get around the city. The property is very clean and beautiful! The staff were very friendly. We would stay here again!

First time staying at the L7 Chicago. Hotel has the perfect location! Walking distance to Michigan Ave, restaurants, the bean, art museum and river walk. They have a great Irish pub/restaurant with great food across the street. Our room had the most beautiful window nooks to look out to the city, read a book or just use as an additional sleeping area. Our kids loved the nooks! Can’t wait to go back to Chicago! We will definitely stay here again!

It is quite noisy in the 2nd floor since it is close to the street level. Bath towel shows wear and tear condition. I expect something better than this condition. Otherwise, the excellent customer service and perfect location might earn 5-star.

L7 Chicago is an excellent boutique hotel with comfortable, spacious and well appointed rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel sits in a great part of the city, close to the river and Michigan Avenue. The large window beds in the King Room were awesome! Would definitely return - thanks to the team for a great stay!

Love the feel of the place. Nice decor. Good size bedroom. Excellent shower. Very convenient. Got a room with no view but it did not matter. After check in did not have to communicate again with staff. Probably good. NY Times copies every day in the lobby a big plus.

It was a pleasure staying in this hotel. Whenever I travel to Chicago, I will gladly stay here again. The hotel was conveniently located near all of the major places such as Navy Pier, Skydeck, Shaws Crab Shack etc. The coffee machine was a plus with a variety of choices; latte, regular coffee, hot chocolate along with popcorn and distilled water (which was convenient). Including the hotel was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Also, a big thank you to Courtney for decorating the hotel room for my birthday. Overall, great place to stay, you will not regret it.

The Hotel is right near the L and we could hear the sounds of the trains rumbling along near our windows. The hotel is in a great location on the south side of the river, easy to walk north to restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff were helpful. We were a bit taken aback when we arrived around lunchtime and were offered the option to check in early, but....there is a $50 charge to do so. Don't tell a guest that there are great rooms available right now if you pay us $50. It sounds as if someone checking in at 3pm will be getting the bottom of the barrel room. And finally, the room was a good size, nice quality towels and shower products. The room was dark overall though. And I am used to hotels that request you hang your towels up if you don't want them to be replaced so I would suggest that you let guests know at check in that the policy is to put the Do Not Disturb sign on your door if you don't want maid service.

Loved staying at the L7. Hotel was situated around shops, dining and other adventures we had planned. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Parking was horrible. If you have Tesla and want to valet it may be an issue if you don’t have key to car. The picture of the city view room was misleading. The staff were nice but did not accommodate us for the misleading image Expedia put online.
