Welcome to your home away from home. This beautifully and thoughtfully appointed newly renovated living space has been designed with your comfort in mind. Spacious layout, 16-foot ceilings, large windows, natural light, and stylish art-deco finishes and decor.

We offer a full-sized kitchen which includes new stainless-steel appliances, new stainless-steel fridge, gas range, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.

Other things to note
For your comfort we offer complementary WIFI, the use of a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, free in unit washer and dryer, basic cooking and eating utensils, coffee maker and tea kettle as well as Netflix/Roku.

Free parking is available on the street. Street parking is on a first come first served basis.
Your safety and security are our priority. There are ring doorbells with cameras facing the street exterior to the house and security flood light camera facing the backyard. The house has 2 levels of security with 2 secure entryways and motion detectors linked to ADT security.

Cute, comfortable, and quiet.
We had a great time visiting Chicago. The property was well designed and cozy, a home I'd live in. The host was very nice, responsive, and accommodating. Would stay there again on another visit!
