The house is 4200 square feet, it has 2 decks, an attached 2 car garage (you don't want to walk outside in the winter to get to your car). The master suite is top of the line with 2 huge closets, a marble bath with Jacuzzi tub and steam shower.

The property has great potential and we had a good time. We expected light bulbs to work, stove to be clean, showers to be cleaner. a clean deck, jets did not work in tub, down fridge was either not cold enough or it froze things, grounds in the coffee pot when we arrived, one sink stopper in master bath is broken. We do not want to sound overly harsh but we have rented a lot of houses and were a little disappointed.

We totally enjoyed our stay in Lincoln Park. With a little TLC I would definitely give this house 5 stars. Needs paint refurbished in some area. We found items like stickers in the couch from previous guests. Fan in bunk bed room was very dusty. Overall the home was very clean and felt comfortable.
