Everything was cool...no complaints about the accommodations at all. My only complaint is the quality of the food from the Ashburn restaurant. My calamari was pretty much burnt, to the point of discoloration. My friend returned cold fries and asked for fresh ones. You could tell they actually put the same fries back in grease and gave then back to her. There were several fries that she bit off of, still there.

I always stay at Loews and normally downtown the O’Hare Hotel was just as amazing the only issue was I was given a handicap room so I couldn’t enjoy my weekend getaway because I disnt have a Tub which is a necessity other than that the staff, customer service and rooms were great!
