Parking, in-unit laundry and a fully equipped kitchen will complete your unforgettable stay in the Windy City!


Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.


Guests between the ages of 18-24 are permitted to book on an exception basis only. In your inquiry please provide your age, reason for booking and who will be staying with you.


Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.


Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group. Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.


Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. 1 ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY. There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city.


Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.


1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.

2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property.  Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.

3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty.

4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.

5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.

6.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.

7.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests.  If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.

9.) Lost and Found:  We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.

* To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay, provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.

* We do additional verifications using AutoHost after you book and we reserve the right to reject bookings that fail our tests. Additionally, you must have a good track record on Airbnb as a guest.

The property was nice and clean! Kitchen was well stocked minus cooking oil. Parking directions was a little confusing as it said the lot was marked Tony's Fresh Market Receiving, but it wasn’t and the parking space didn’t have visible numbers, esp at night.

Overall great experience! This bnb had everything we needed, and more! Quiet and tucked away, felt private and clean. Owners stocked shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and had a hair dyer in the bathroom. Would stay again!

Great place to stay in Chicago!!
This condo was PERFECT for what we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything from paper towels to soap to shampoo and conditioner. You could just bring in your suitcase and start vacationing. The best part is that you have your own assigned parking spot and that is a PREMIUM asset in Chicago!

Our stay here was wonderful! The location was great and central to everything we needed to get to. Having a grocery store next door was so nice, we were able to stop in and get snacks and stuff for breakfast right after we arrived. The apartment itself was the perfect size for us, and it was incredibly well stocked with anything and everything we could possibly need. Also, the shower was incredible - I need that shower head in my life! Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

Cozy Gem
Clean and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. Perfect for our needs (2 adults, 3 nights). This apartment is located well north of the city and there are no trains close by. That being said, there are restaurants (dunkin 1 block) and stores (grocery, dollar store, etc) well within walking distance. If you are looking for privacy and outdoor space, this is not the place for you. It is located next to the parking lot of the grocery store. It felt very secure and safe to us and it spite of the location it was quiet. The apartment was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were visiting nearby family and this was a perfect set-up for us. We highly recommend and are planning a return trip.
