Terrible stay
When we checked in, the floorboards were dirty (feet were black walking around), trash still inside, dead bugs on the floor and showers + hairs, earwigs in the futons, and crickets in walls downstairs. I contacted the hosts Tej and Danny and they were accommodating in terms of getting cleaners to come the next day but could not help or address the issues of bugs and crickets that were getting increasingly louder. They claimed no one else had stayed before in the house that week and never heard of bug issues which didn’t matter because we still found the house the way it was. I do appreciate their response times and discussion but would not recommend to stay. Their other listings on another similar booking service (from further investigation of the listing) do have reviews of bugs so be cautious of that.

Filthy environment.
The property had a terrible odor. It not been cleaned in days. Spoiled food and trash had been left in the sink and all over the home. We found dead flies lining the windowsills. Our family would not stay there. We reached out to the owner who is not reasonable or apologetic.

Clean, Comfy and Spacious
They missed a few details such as mowing the front and back yard. We had a dog but could not walk it. The grass and weeds were up to my knees. The cleaning crew was there even after our check in time. There was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms and no paper towel in the kitchen. Overall, a nice spacious house centrally located and beautifully furnished and decorated.
