Location is very convenient to the Mag Mile, very walkable. We were supposed to have a queen bed, had a full size bed, for two adults. Also had a blood stain on the carpet.

We had two rooms….they both were supposed to be king beds…..one room had two twins pushed together…..wasn’t the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in either. Location is fantastic…but would never stay there again!

Good hotel but no onsite dining facilities, bar or shop. Only 2 lifts. Good location for central Chicago. Parking was not advertised as Valet available otherwise I would not have booked with someone else.
