Loved the property. We did valet parking because it was too cold and it was expensive. It’s actually the sonesta hotel that offers parking not them. Also the furniture handles have sharp corner and are not safe for babies. Other than that this place was perfect.

I like the hotel and the area , make sure take the river view room it’s worth it. Room was clean, staff were friendly. We arrived 5:30 and all the rooms were sold out and we were sleeping in the second floor because the rooms suppose to be ready at 12-3 pm. The check in staff told us we need to wait until that time. Once they saw we were sleeping on the couch for 3-4 hours they told us it’s fine we will give you the room at 11. At least one of the staff were friendly and kind to give us the room . Overall hotel was good , but don’t wait to be clean the room every day . You need to tell front Desck that you want the room to be clean. Ask them they will clean. I love how they setup coffee area in second floor complementary. Since the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but there’s a restaurant next to the hotel which is perfect for breakfast and lunch

I’ve stayed here twice several years apart and I would really recommend this place. The location is truly unbeatable. Minutes walk to Millenium park, tons of food and shopping nearby. I had an excellent, speedy check in and out with Reina at the front desk. I’d describe the rooms as nice, no frills, a little tight but overall the pricing is *incredible* for what you get. Pro tip: Uber for rides and SpotHero for parking will make your trip a breeze. There’s a good coffee machine on the second floor available 24/7 and LondonHouse next door has one of the best rooftop terraces in the city for drinks, and several nice restaurants. Like I said, location is amazing.

This property has a boutique feel, like you're in a apartment. Quiet but views weren't ideal. Easy access to area entertainment, restaurants, transportation. Garage parking is 3 blocks away which isn't ideal for unfamiliar visitors, So I suggest using Valet. Overall descent hotel for the price
