La atención del hotel fue buena, el personal fue atento, los jardines están muy bonitos y la alberca limpia y agradable. En la habitación que nos tocó no había aire acondicionado, había ventilador, pero aún así se sentía mucho calor. Lo que pueden mejorar es el servicio del desayuno, el café no era bueno y no hay servicio a la carta.

El personal es muy amable y las instalaciones se ven cuidadas. Áreas de oportunidad son que el Wi-Fi no agarró en la habitación, sólo tenían tv nacional, las puertas de las habitaciones son cancel y vidrio por lo que no hay mucha privacidad y se escuchan los otros huéspedes. Está bonito el lugar pero si considero qu el precio es algo elevado para el mismo y para la zona.

Las instalaciones externas con varias aves wow
Tiene buena actitud la persona de recepción pero le falta seguimiento a las solicitudes de los huéspedes. El desayuno estuvo muy rico. El baño estaba sucio con cabellos en las paredes y sucios los canceles. Y al rededor del bungalow había heces de los perros y nadie la recogió desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. La persona que nos preparó una cama extra y entregó habitación muy atenta. Mi bebé anduvo descalzo dentro del bungalow y quedaron sus piecitos muy sucios.

El desayuno solo incluye hotcakes, café (1 taza) y fruta para todos los días de estancia. No realizaron la limpieza. La gente que está tendiendo es muy amable y entiendo que los otros temas salen de su alcance, las mascotas también son muy hermosas. Un lugar muy cómodo para descansar.

Un buen lugar, con excelente atención de su personal, lo único es que deben ofrecer mejores camas y almohadas, así como ventiladores de techo menos ruidosos.
