Small, cosy house "Le Glaude", 2 storeys, semi-detached, renovated in 2022, surrounded by meadows and fields. 1.5 km from the centre of Chiddes, 9 km from the centre of Luzy, outside the resort, 13 km from the centre of St. Honoré-les-Bains, in the district Parc Régional du Morvan, 18 km from the lake, 1 km from the river. Private: garden 300 m2 with trees, natural garden, meadow, parking on the premises. Supermarket 9 km, railway station "Luzy" 9 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 13 km. Golf course (9 hole) 35 km, fishing possibilities 1 km. Nearby attractions: Bibracte 22 km, Beaune 80 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac des Settons 57 km, Lac de Pannecière 50 km. Hiking paths: Parc Naturel Régional du Morvan.
"Le Glaude", 3-room house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Fully renovated in 2022, rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV and wood-burning stove. Exit to the garden. Small kitchen 8 m2 (mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.
