"We chose this appt. Because it was very close to thr beach( 3 min walk) and the center of Malaga ( 15 min walk) . So this was located perfectly for us. Tge communication with Caleta Homes was excellent and responded in seconds to any query. However its a bit tired( needs modernised a bit) but over the bed is comfortable and there are local supermerkets within 30 seconds to get all your needs. The outside area is something one would go, its tge back of a high rise with an umbrella for privacy...

"DO NOT STAY HERE unless you enjoy being kept up all night by the noise from the discoteques across the street and disturbed all day by the onslaught of noise and vibrations from the huge construction project going on in part of the building. Massive construction project ( entire new building) is underway on the same site - it shares a wall with the rental building. From 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. the sound of drilling was constant and unbearable. "The host Rosaria met us at the entrance to Chilches and led us through the village, down a rural path lined with mango trees to the apartment. Absolutely stunning! There were treats when we arrived and water and drinks in the fridge and Rosaria is on hand if you need anything. Such a lovely lady, we had a problem with our hire car and she helped us to contact the company and sort everything out which we were so grateful for. "Overall very good, an extra room chair besides the couch would help make the room even better. Kitchenette was good and had all we needed. The coffee maker was a pod unit and should really come with at least a couple to get started and to know what to buy for more coffee.
