"Friendly staff, nice place to stay, will stay again"

"My room heater wasn't working well, and despite trying to turn the heat up twice and it failed, had to turn the stove on 2 power to heat the room so i could sleep. Pool is tiny and hot tub - both close crazy early at 930. Rooms are on the higher price point - I'm going to stick with Ramada as my go to in Williams lake. This was nice, but these two things are making me walk"

"Outdated hotel. Booked my room 4+ months in advance and was called the day of check in and informed they overbooked the room I booked and that I would need to change my booking to two rooms for my family. Thankfully I argued and was able to be given the room I originally booked but someone else was made to shuffle their rooms. "

"Great place for a short work related stay. Very friendly staff at check in, breakfast room and check out. Rooms were basic but very clean. "

"Everything was clean and in order. The restaurant was fantastic. Two small suggestions. Add USB charging outlets to the bedside desks. Add a lamp with an outlet at the work desk in the room. It would have been nice to pug in my Laptop at the work station. "
