"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. Lovely little stay

"It is such a lovely hotel. It smells just drvine and this was my third stay. The 2nd time in this room actually. Sadly the bathroom floor did have some small flecks of dirt, the bath had rust on and we were unable to get the plug out of the bath. These are such small minor things but are worthy of note. The staff were fabulous as usual. The communal eareas were beautifully decorated for Christmas. And whilst ive already said it it is worthy if a second mention. The hotel smells amazing! "
