Staff was very friendly and good. But the place was so stink. They even don’t bother to clean the bedsheets and carpet before arrival of any another guest. Overall, very bad experience to stay at this hotel.

This property is in need of serious upgrades. Broken fire door hinges so door open to the outside. Hallway very cold. Room heat was on full blast. Light bulbs flicker. Paint is old, ceiling looks like it needs to be replaced. Bathtub is past needing a replacement. All door jambs could use a coat of paint. Staff was very pleasant.

Staff helpful when door key didn’t work. Clean but dated room with some stains on carpet. Breakfast sucked, don’t even think of it as a continental breakfast unless you’re happy with small breakfast selection. (Hard boiled eggs was what I settled on and my daughter had toast and jam and a yogurt.) no pancakes, no good cereal, ( I think it was raisins flakes?) no juice, coffee was not good. Indian food across the street was excellent! Check it out and try some of their desserts if your in the area, It was good! One other nice thing is it is just off the highway.

The pool and hot tub area were nice. Very clean and the pool was very warm. The kids had a great time swimming. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast spread was sparse but sufficient.

The property is very rundown and needs upgrades. Wallpaper peeling, floor not cleaned . Hole in bathroom wall from door handle, sizeable gap under door that leads directly to the outside and minimal soundproofing. However, nice hot tub and pool area, pleasant staff and the breakfast was perfectly adequate.

You can definitely twll that the staff are just used to the complaints, our room's AC didnt work, without any fuss, they just upgraded our room almost immediately. The staff they their best but it seems like the hotel's condition is just out of their hands.

The staff were fine and the linens we clean but the condition of the property was rough. The shower dripped all night and the caulking was filled with black mildew - I was not comfortable using it. There had obviously been significant leaks in the past as the ceiling was roughly patched and stained. Won't be staying here again
