"Beautiful building and really friendly staff. Our room was over the restaurant so very noisy but didn’t go on till late so didn’t really bother us. The bathroom could do with a tidy up. Black limescale in the toilet and bath and carpet a bit grubby. Breakfast was really good with a good choice and as much coffee and tea as you want. Overall a good visit."

"The property could do with a little modernisation, however, we went for it because of cost, and convenience. We couldn't check in till we arrived which was half past midnight and the staff were very understanding and checked us in cheerfully!!! I was rather embarrassed that we were so late, but she was so nice. We were very tired, but, you can't sleep in a bad bed even when tired - So, the beds were great and we slept like a log!!!! The bed was clean, comfy and no issues at all...
