My door was hard to open and close there was damage at the top of the door and the lock didnt work. We asked for extra towels but they never came. Breakfast was decent We didnt use the pool Our room wasnt cleaned in between days of us staying there.

The doorman working the shift Thursday evening was amazing. ( i think his name was Alex). Very good service! Would recommend and also, i will be back whenever back in Ottawa.

Please ensure that new unused toiletries are left in the rooms before new guests arrive. I was disappointed to find a have used tube of lotion. Also, let's get rid of the mold that is harbouring in the sink. It's not directly visible, but is very visible when you look at the mirror.
