"As others have mentioned, the rooms are due for an update. However, they are clean, the beds are soft, the shower worked great and the staff are super friendly and helpful. They accept pets, not many places on the island do. I am not sure what else you could ask for. We enjoyed our visit and would book again."

"The location is great. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed, plus extras. The rear porch was heavily utilized for morning coffee watching wildlife over the water (lots of birds, deer, and a visit from a muskrat) and evening relaxing. "The Victorian Cottage was within walking distance to many of the Main Street activities from fine dining to thrift stores. A gas station is located across the street from the house. Light sleepers might be bothered by this, but I wasn’t. The twin bed I slept in was very comfortable and the shower had continuous hot water. The heat lamp above the jacuzzi tub was nice.
