I was pleasantly surprised by the LA Crystal Hotel. They have all of the comforts and amenities that one could expect. I especially appreciate the secure parking. Breakfast buffet was adequate and more than you would get at most other hotels that include breakfast. Good food options close by. I walked to the shopping plaza but be warned. There were vagrants present asking for handouts in the bushes behind the shopping plaza. I would stay again. The staff was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable.

Loved the decor, friendly staff and location. Elevators were a little smelly, our room was very dark and the bathroom fan didn't turn on. No hot tub and the rooftop bar was closed our entire visit. Great views and lots of comfy seating to view the city.
