"Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....

"The location of the Hotel is really good, walkable from the main attractions, and very safe. Breakfast was good, enough to keep you going for a while. The only kind of bad experience I had, is that you can hear everything from the other rooms, the first night, somebody was arguing, and I couldn't sleep very well. Overall, the experience was good. Staff is very helpful and give you a map and recommendations for places to visit. "

"This property is beautiful. The service was outstanding. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. The gardens are full of serenity. The only thing we did not like is the bed. It was uncomfortable and gave me a backache. Loved the restaurant and the food provided. Dinner was outstanding and well worth the price. I would recommend renting a car as getting taxi to get there was really hard even with rideshare apps. We appreciated the shuttle service to explore Florence. "
