"Had a wonderful time, the pool was clean, we over looked the ocean! My only negative was the lawn chairs were so expensive. I felt they should have been cheaper. But I was super impressed with the fire on the beach- we loved that ❤️"

"Bugs , room floor was dirty, bathroom isn’t appealing. During events no parking, staff are pretty blunt and dismissive"

"Free breakfast was alright, nothing special but was free and convenient. Rooms need a bit of an upgrade but was very clean. Bathtubs could use some TLC. Always has security walking around. Paper wrist bracelet is a dumb idea when expecting to wear it all week long stay "

"From the get go it started out wrong. We could not get keys to check in to our room. The front desk night staff went upstairs and let us in our room. As soon as we got in our room we noticed the carpet was soaked. We called and informed the front desk. The next day we reminded the front desk they sent up maintenance who put a loud big dehumidifier that would remain untouched until two nights later when we complained again. We went to relax. We were compensated with parking and three drinks from the bar. Our last night we got moved to a different room however it was unfortunate the stay was not up to par. I would never stay here again. The lack of follow-up from management is disgusting! We extended so much grace and have ample time for this to be resolved. There are a lot of hotels near and I would urge everyone to check other options. "
