The cleaning lady was so sweet and she did a great job, even though we didn't get into the room until 6pm. "We reached out to the host around 5pm on the day we were to arrive (I received a confirmation email of my booking) to get info on how to get into the house and we were told the house was double booked and they were sorry but we didn’t have a place to stay. So we were there needing a place to stay with nothing. Extremely disappointed!! Second time this has happened with VRBO!! Horrible situation for anyone! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"

"Booked the loft for myself and my two small children as we came to Nac to see my oldest. The house was pristine and spotless upon arrival. Directions for check in were clear and concise.
