Great for a short stay
"Great breakfast, hotel is close to a major road, so we had road noise (fine with windows closed but needed them open as in a heatwave) Staff helpful, the only downside being that no food available on site except for breakfast. Plenty of other options available nearby."

"We loved the Palm Court and our Superior room. The pool and changing rooms need updating and making more space to put more loungers as there is nowhere to go after you have used the pool and sauna. The jacuzzi is too small for the size of the hotel and its clientele."

Great break
"Fantastic location next to the canal enjoyed watching boats going past. Nice walks around and other places nearby. Only thing wrong with the discrimination of the property is it says it has a hot tub but it has a bath inside the house and no hot tub outside. We still enjoyed our visit"
