"Porcel is literally a minute walk away from The Alhambra and is at the highest point of the city. The downside is that it’s a steep downhill walk to downtown and steep walking back. There is a small patio pool on the third floor. There are three restaurants and staff were exceptionally helpful. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that I got food poisoning at the lunch buffet on my last day. Room was comfortable although I no view whatsoever from my window "

"Good stay. The rooms as well as the bathrooms are nice. The hotel has its own parking garage which is a big boon and saves you a lot of trouble. You can walk to the old town area as it’s not too far or just take a taxi. The staff is very very nice and helpful."

"Perfect location, so quiet in a bustling city. Check in so fast and helpful showing us on a map where the walking routes were etc. So close to the Alhambra which reception/ the owner helped with showing us a more direct route to walk to as Google Maps gets it wrong. Only one thing about the room was that the floors, being white marble, showed a lot of long black hair and as two males with cropped hair it was clear this wasn’t ours. Other than that the stay was perfect and couldn’t recommend...

"The staff are very helpful and nice. The room was small but very comfortable, clean, and with all the amenities. The location is fantastic, it is walking distance to all the attractions, and there is public transportation to everywhere if need it. I definitely recommend it. The only inconvenience if you need parking it is a little trick, just contact the hotel in advance to get directions. "

"Overall good stay for two nights. Hotel a bit dated and aircon took a while to get going. Decent sized rooms. Pool was very cold. Blackout curtains in place. No noise from outside but inside doors a bit thin which meant you could hear other guests from the internal hallways and lift lobby. Close to Alhambra, a EUR 5 taxi. Friendly and helpful staff."
