"This is a great spot to access places on the Central Coast as very central. While an older complex rooms are kept very clean and the beds are very comfy. Must be a high crime area due to windows and doors pretty badly patched up and missing important lock features. A night or two is ok. I wouldn’t recommend family friendly, very close to water and no fencing. "
