"Most enchanting setting, vilas surrounded by nature just steps from entrance to Chitwan National Park. Greeted by Prakash the operation manager who treated us the friendliest smile, made us feel like we were the only guests.. excellent host. Vila was beautiful perfectly stocked w amenities and water, clean and very spacious and the balcony is right in nature next to a pond, the birds each morning were music to our ears. The restaurant has amazing Nepali, Indian and Chinese cuisine. Plus the breakfast is also excellent and the view from the second level makes it even better. Didn’t wanna leave the pool area for it’s surrounded by nature and has a soothing sound of a waterfall overlooking the pond. Each vila enjoys a lot of privacy due to the lush landscaping. Beautifully designed property and its staff is truly top notch. Will return next year! "

"The best things about this resort are the location and the staff. Sabrina on reception is always smiling and cheerful. She has "magic fingers" which repairs things. Sitaram Streatham is an outstanding waiter in the restaurant. He is very attentive but also very knowledgeable about local wildlife. Lovely gentle mannered man. Our room was very comfortable. The bathroom is a wet room so i struggle with wet floors but i bought a floor squeegy in town for just over £1 and that helped a lot. The food in the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Beer prices are good too. "

"From the moment we entered the downstairs reception area we were transported to a place of calm and friendly serenity. The rooms were clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed including a small mini bar. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I would definitely stay there again."

"This is a lovely hotel and jungle resort. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the grounds are a well kept garden. I had a warm breakfast and lots of assistance with my travel plans. I felt very happy staying here and enjoyed all this place has to offer. Perfect location in town as well and along the river. There was a rhino taking a mud bath just a short wak away "

"Lovely place to stay if visiting Chitwan National Park 5 minutes in cab to local town with riverside views of Park, where you can sit and relax in upstairs bar watching rhinos and elephants crossing the river. Hotel organised all our trips :- jeep safaris, river canoe, elephant riding and breeding centre. Hotel has a nice inside restaurant , outside bar and pool. Staff were excellent and place was very clean "

"The staff are very polite and accommodating. My safari adventures were well run and the naturalist (Nabin) was so knowledgeable that I even got to spot a tiger! Not many people get to see one. I highly recommend this place. I stayed in one of the well appointed safari tents overlooking the national park. We could even hear a rhino at night munching away under our tent! "

"This hotel is excellent in both location and hospitality. The staff are all incredible—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was nearly perfect, with the only issue being the water pressure in the shower, which could use improvement. The kitchen staff stood out for their kindness and assistance, especially Hitlar and Rohit, who were exceptionally sweet. However, I would suggest the chef pay more attention to the momo, as the dough was too stiff, and the filling lacked juiciness. That said, the mutton curry was an absolute 10/10! Overall, I have nothing negative to say about the team—they are warm, helpful, and truly caring. Although small mistakes occurred, they weren’t a big deal, and I believe they can improve even further. Their thoughtfulness shone through when they arranged taxi pickups for us and helped with booking transport during a natural disaster. I am genuinely grateful for their outstanding hospitality. Thank you!"
