Good location, next door to the Uffizi! Staff was helpful in booking a taxi. Breakfast was unpleasant but convenient.

Service is excellent. The location makes it very easy to maneuver your needs, pharmacy, restaurants, gelato shops, train terminal all in its close surroundings. Rooms are spacious; service 24/7.
