"THe hotel is nice and in a perfect location, you can see the port and 3 min walk to the beach. The bad part is the service, at check in we were offered a back side room, despite of reserving and pre-paying for sea view room. It took a big fight with the receptionist and a walk back to the car to get our printed reservation before it was honored. It would have been a perfect stay if not for the check in."

Breakfasts - poor choice, not tasty, staff didn’t replace The empty trays when they supposed to, So choice was not even decent. Koffe - undrinkable. Ive been to many hotels in Kołobrzeg, this one is The worst. Not recommended. "
