"Conveniently located for station, Metro, waterfront. A grand old hotel which has retained it's style. It is a bit dated and tired in places, but for me that adds to the charm. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast was of a good standard and the staff met my dietary requirements without drama, delay or disappointment. The bar is pleasant for a drink in the evening, however, I would prefer if they stocked gluten free beer. The room was clean and had everything I needed....

Had an issue with the TV not working on our last stay, apparently this is an issue across the hotel so would not recommend if a TV is a must for you.
